Area 51. Until recently, the place did not officially exist, even though pictures of the Groom Lake facility there have circulated for years. It is the most secure, Top Secret facility in the United States, perhaps the world. Rumors persist that recovered alien spacecraft are stored, tested, and reverse engineered there. Rumors also state that the bodies of extra-terrestrial beings are kept there. One thing is for sure, NO ONE is allowed to go near there, kept at bay by the most state of the art security and surveillance system yet invented, including laser microphones on top of the 9800 foot Bald Mountain that can listen to conversations in vehicles passing thru the area on nearby highway 375, the Extra Terrestrial highway. Bald Mountain is the highest peak in the area, and it's automated surveillance equipment can see into every nook and cranny for miles around. Between their Pave Hawk helicopter force and their Humvee equipped ground forces, Area 51 security can stop any trespasser before they can even glimpse the facility. But we're going there. We here at The Asylum are going to live up to our name. We are going to do the impossible. We are going to put a live Rock band right at the gate to Area 51. This has NEVER been done before. We attempted this in the past along with radiozone.com, but the 'Camo dudes were waiting for us, and stopped us before we got there.
